摘要
以WSR理论为支撑,结合我国高校高水平运动队的管理现状,在分析我国高校高水平运动队管理体系、层次关系与结构体系的基础上,在系统阐述模式物理(W)、事理(R)与人理(R)三大子系统的结构和操作关系的前提下构建了物理硬件设施(W)、事理规章制度(S)以及人力资源系统(R)三维结构总体的WSR高水平运动队管理模式,以期为建立一种适合我国高校高水平运动队建设并与国际接轨的管理体制和运行机制提供理论参考。
Based on the WSR theory and the present management of high-level sports teams at colleges and universities in China,this paper analyzed the management system,and hierarchical relation and structural system of high-level sports teams at colleges and universities in China,systematically depict the structure and operation relation of the three subsystems of Wuli（W）,Shili（R）and Renli（R）（physical things,relationships and people）and established the WSR high-level sports team management mode with the three-dimensional structure of physical hardware facilities（W）,affair rule system（S）and human resource system（R）to provide theoretical references for establishment of the management system and operation mechanism suitable for construction of high level sports teams at colleges and universities in line with international standards in China.
