组织认同、内部社会资本与合作社成员满意度——基于云南省263个合作社成员的实证分析被引量：27

摘要基于对云南省263个合作社成员的调查数据,本文实证分析了合作社成员满意度的影响因素。结果表明:内部信任、内部规范、社会网络三个测量内部社会资本的观测变量对合作社成员满意度均具有显著的正向影响;组织认同的增强能够显著提高合作社成员的满意度。年龄较大的成员、核心成员及入社年数较短的成员,时合作社的满意度更高。本文还利用组织规模的分细样本进行了回归分析,结果证实了研究结论具有高度的稳健性。但是,通过比较J总体样本和分组样本的回归结果发现:社会网络和管理制度是否健全变量在总体样本回归结果中对合作社成员满意度均具有显著的正向影响;而在较大规模分组样本回归果中,社会网络对合作社成员满意度影响不显著;在较小期模分细样本回归结果中,管理制度是否健全对合作社成员满意度影响不显著。
