茶多酚/柠檬酸对真丝功能整理的研究 被引量:3

摘要 研究了茶多酚、柠檬酸同浴整理工艺因素对真丝织物防皱及抗紫外线性能的影响,优化整理工艺条件,测试整理织物的性能.结果表明,同浴整理最佳工艺是:柠檬酸用量8%(omf),茶多酚用量5%(omf),三乙醇胺用量5%(omf),次磷酸钠用量3%(omf),p H=5,浴比1∶30,浸渍温度60℃,时间40 min;焙烘温度150℃,时间3 min;硫酸铝钾后处理条件为:硫酸铝钾用量2 g/L,浴比1∶30,浸渍温度60℃,时间30 min.整理后的真丝织物干态折皱回复角大于260°,湿态折皱回复角大于240°,紫外线防护系数UPF值大于40.柠檬酸和茶多酚同浴整理,使织物具有良好防皱性能的同时,还具有良好的抗紫外性能. The effects of process factors of tea polyphenols/citric acid on the wrinkle resistance and an- ti-UV performance of silk fabric in one bath finishing were studied and the finishing process conditions were optimized. In addition, the performance of finished fabric was tested. The results showed that the optimal pro- cess parameters in one bath finishing were as follows: citric acid dosage was 8%(omf), tea polyphenol dosage was 5%(omf), trolamine dosage was 5%(omf), sodium hypophosphite dosage was 3%(omf), pH=5, the bath ratio was 1:30, the soaking temperature was 60℃ and time was 40 rain, the baking temperature was 150 ℃ and time was 3 min. The post processing conditions for aluminium potassium sulfate were as follows: alumini- um potassium sulfate dosage was 2 g/L, the bath ratio was 1:30, the soaking temperature was 60 ℃ and time was 30 min. The dry wrinkle recovery angle of finished silk fabrics was greater than 260° and the wet wrinkle recovery angle was more than 240°, with UPF value (UV protection coefficient) greater than 40. The tea polyphenols/citric acid in one bath finishing could endow the fabrics with good wrinkle resistant property and good anti-UV property at the same time.
