4 催化剂的作用和选择 虽然催化剂的应用早就提出了,但对催化剂较为深入的认识,也是随着多元酸与纤维酯化交联的机理不断深入而发展的。目前,研究得最多、效果也较好的催化剂是无机磷酸盐类,尤其是碱金属盐类。在这一类催化剂中,有磷酸二氢钠(NaH_2PO_4)、磷酸氢二钠(Na_2HPO_4)、次磷酸二氢钠(NaH_2PO_2)以及焦磷酸钠(Na_4P_2O_7)等。 各种催化剂的催化效果排列如下:
In response to increasingly environmental considerations, as an excellent formaldehyde-free DP finishing agent, recent development and applied research of the polycarboxylic acid finishing agents are reviewed. The mechanism of crease resist finishing, options of various polycarboxylic acid finishing agents and comparisons of their finishing effects, as well as functions and selections of both catalysts and additives are described in details. It is presented that polycarboxylic acid being an anti-creasing agent is more favourable to ecological environment compared with formaldehyde-contained agents.
