摘要
无论是在早起的竞争阶段,还是在后来的合并、合作阶段,全美教育协会和美国教师联盟无不致力于教师专业规范的建立,推动教师行业自律,改善了教师的职业地位,提升了教师的专业化水平。我国教师组织表现不够活跃,作用有限,需要在扬弃的基础上借鉴美国教师组织执着的专业精神,探索具有中国特色的教师权益维护方式。
Either in the early stage of competition,in the later stage of merger and collaboration,NEA and AFT are committed to the establishment of professional standards,the promotion of professional self-discipline,the improvement of professional status,and the raising of teachers' professional level. The performance of teachers organizations in China is not active and their function is confined. We should learn from teachers organizations in the USA on the basis of criticism and explore the protection patterns of teachers' rights and interests with Chinese characteristics.
