摘要
目的 :探讨应用品管圈提高器械清洗质量的作用。方法 :开展品管圈活动,把握现状,分析造成器械清洗不彻底的要因,制定对策并实施,达到持续质量改进。结果 :实施前目测器械清洗不合格率为2.30%,实施后目测器械清洗不合格率为0.58%,实施前后比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 :开展品管圈活动能有效地提高医疗器械清洗质量。
Objective： To explore the effect of applying Quality Control Circle（QCC） to improve instrumental cleaning quality. Methods： We carried out QCC activities, grasped the current situation, analyzed the cause of incomplete instrumental cleaning, developed and implemented the strategies, and attained the continuous quality improvement. Results： The unqualified instrumental cleaning rate decreased from 2.30% to 0.58% by visual inspection before and after the implementation, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.01）. Conclusion： The QCC can effectively improve the quality of medical instruments cleaning quality.
