摘要 主要介绍了一种含多模聚合物波导的印制电路板制作方法及其测试结果。实验表明,这种多模聚合物波导印制电路板可以经受完整的印制电路板制程及可靠性测试,传输损耗约为0.03 d B/cm,波导之间的串扰<30 d B,10 Gbps下的眼图质量好。经过共平面及90°转向的耦合封装后,可以进行实际的高速信号传输。 Introduce the fabrication and test results of printed circuit board (PCB) with multimode polymer waveguide. The test results showed that the multimode polymer waveguide electrical-optical PCB can go through the whole PCB process and pass the reliability test. The transmission loss is around 0.3 dB/ cm, cross talk between neighboring weveguide is lower than 30 dB. Good eye diagram can be obtained under 10 Gbps. After in-plane and out-of-plane coupling assembly, real high speed signal can be transmitted.
