摘要
三网融合加快了我国社会信息化建设的步伐,在三网融合下的图书馆信息服务的创新也迫在眉睫。文章通过对图书馆信息服务现状的调查,研究当前三网融合对当前图书馆信息服务的影响,分析当前我国图书馆信息服务成就及存在的问题,针对三网融合环境下如何提高图书馆信息服务,从图书馆信息人员服务思想的改变、以用户需求为中心进行图书馆资源建设、充分利用三网融合的技术平台等方面来提高新环境下图书馆信息服务的质量。
The Integration of three networks speeds up the construction of China＇s social information,underthe integration of three networks,the innovation of the library information servicehas also becomeimminent.Through investigation on the current situation of the library information service,this paper studied the influenc-es ofintegration of three networks oncurrent library information service,analyzedthe achievements and problem-sofcurrent library information servicein our country,targeting on how to improvelibrary information service un-der the environment of integration of three networks,from the service ideaschangingof library information person-nel,focusing on the needs of users for library resource construction,makingfull use of integration of three net-works technology platform and other aspects to improve thequality of the library information service under thenew environment.
