摘要
三网融合改变了电视的技术属性,也改变了电视的媒体属性,电视受众的媒介素养内涵和结构也随之产生了变化。相比较于传统媒介素养,三网融合下电视受众的新媒介素养内涵更加丰富:1.要能更加深刻地理解电视媒介信息的多元性;2.要能更加理性地质疑、批判电视媒介信息;3.对电视媒介的应用要更加积极、有效。与此同时,新媒介素养的结构也随之发生了转向:"媒介应用"作为凸显受众主体性地位的核心要素成为新媒介素养结构中的重要构成部分。
Tri-networks integration changes the technical attributes and the media attributes of the television , with which the connotation and structure of TV audiences'media literacy also changes .Compared with the traditional media literacy , the connotation of TV audiences'new media literacy becomes more enriched:1.the understanding to the diversity of the TV information should be more profound, 2.the critique and question to the TV information should be more rational , and 3.the application to the TV should be more positive and effective .Furthermore, the structure of the media literacy also changes:"media application"as a core element be-comes an important part in the structure of new media literacy .
