摘要
目的：观察急性牙髓炎和急性根尖周炎应用一次性根管治疗的疗效。方法选取我院2013年6月～2014年6月收治的急性牙髓炎和急性根尖周炎患者100例，将其随机分为对照组和治疗组，各50例，治疗组采用一次根管治疗，对照组采用二次根管治疗，观察疗效。结果治疗组采用一次根管治疗，对照组采用二次根管治疗，比较两组患者的疗效，对照组总有效率为76%明显低于治疗组的94%。差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。对比两组患者的临床症状评分和生活质量评分，治疗组明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论采用一次性根管治疗急性牙髓炎和急性根尖周炎，疗效明显，有效缓解患者的疼痛，减少并发症的发生，提高自愈率，值得临床推广。
Objective Observation of acute pulpitis and periapical periodontitis acute application of root canal treatment effi cacy.Methods 100 cases of acute pulpitis were selected from our hospital in June 2013 - 2014 June admitted and acute apical periodontitis patients, randomly divided as control group and a treatment group, 50 cases in each group. The treatment group with root canal therapy, the control group was treated with two root canal therapy. The therapeutic effect was observed.Results Patients in treatment group were treated with root canal therapy, the control group with the secondary root canal therapy, compared two groups of patients with the effi cacy of control group, the total effective rate was 76%, treatment group the total effi ciency was 94%. The total effective rate in the treatment group was signifi cantly higher than that in the control group （P〈0.05）. The clinical symptom score and life quality score of the two groups were signifi cantly higher than those in the control group, the difference was statistically signifi cant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion With disposable root canal treatment of acute pulpitis and acute apical periodontitis, obvious curative effect, effectively relieve the pain, reduce complications occurred, improve the healing rate, it is worth clinical promotion.
