摘要
目的:比较一次性根管及多次根管治疗隐裂性牙髓炎的临床效果。方法:选取符合标准的患者60例,随机分为观察组和对照组各30例,观察组采用一次性根管治疗,对照组采用多次根管治疗,比较二者术后72 h内和术后1周疼痛、术后6个临床治疗效果。结果:两组患者根管治疗术后72h疼痛发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);但是观察组Ⅱ级和Ⅲ级疼痛患者高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者术后1周疼痛发生率及疼痛程度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后6个月,观察组总有效率为95.00%,高于对照组的82.05%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:一次性根管治疗隐裂性牙髓炎术后72 h内疼痛程度较多次根管治疗重,但是临床效果优于多次根管治疗。
Objective： To compare the clinical therapeutic effects of one-visit and multiple-visit root canal therapies on cracked pulpitis. Method： 60 eligible patients were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,30 patients in each group; the observation group used one-visit root canal therapy,while the control group used multiple-visit root canal therapy,the pains in 72 hours and 1 week after the therapies and the clinical therapeutic effects in 6 months after the therapies of the two groups were compared.Result： The difference in pain incidence in 72 hours after the therapies between the patients of the two groups was statistically insignificant（ P〉0.05）; but the number of the patients with level-II and levelIII pains of the observation group was more than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0.05）. The differences in pain incidence and pain degree in 1 week after the therapies between the patients of the two groups were statistically insignificant（ P〉0.05）. In 6 months after the therapies,the total effective rate of the observation group was 95.00%,was higher than that of the control group（82.05%）,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0.05）.Conclusion： One-visit root canal therapy in treatment of cracked pulpitis is more painful in 72 hours after the therapy than multiple-visit root canal therapy,but is more clinically effective than that.
