摘要
目的评价恒磨牙牙髓炎根管治疗一次法和二次法的临床疗效。方法选择符合适应症的病例204例,恒磨牙急性牙髓炎和慢性牙髓炎随机分成2组,研究组采用根管治疗二次法,对照组采用根管治疗一次法。比较2组间术后急性反应及远期疗效的差异。结果根管治疗一次法的术后急性反应较二次法明显,但远期疗效无明显差异。结论对于恒磨牙牙髓炎,二次根管治疗法术后反应均较佳,远期效果完善。
Objective Through the clinical analysis, to evaluate the efficacy of one root canal filling method versus two root canal therapy in permanent molars pulpitis. Methods Among the selected 204 cases with permanent molars acute pulpitis and chronic pulpitis were randomly divided into two groups, the study group were treated with the two root canal therapy, the control group were used the one root canal filling method, and the significant differ- ence between the two groups were compared. Results There was a significant difference between the two root canal treatment compared to one root canal treatment. （p 〈0. 01 ）. Conclusion The clinical efficacy of two root canal ther- apy in permanent molars pulpitis is good, and the long term efficacy is satisfied.
