摘要
研究Cr26型高铬铸铁经过不同的热处理后,其组织、硬度和耐磨性之间的关系。实验结果表明,最佳的淬火工艺是1 050℃×60 min后空冷,硬度为64.2 HRC;材料的硬度越高耐磨性能越好;并从组织状态和磨损机理方面分析了其原因。
This paper studies the relationship between the structure, hardness and wear resistance a- bout the Cr26 high chromium cast iron after different heat treatment. The experimental results show that the optimum quenching process is 1050℃ by air cooling after 60 minutes, the hardness can reach HRC 64.2. The higher the hardness of the material, the better wear resistance ; The microstructures and wear mechanism are analyzed.
