摘要
研究高铬铸铁经过不同热处理后的组织与耐磨性能。结果表明,奥氏体化温度越高,碳化物溶解越多,空冷后碳化物体积分数越小,1050℃×0.5 h空冷后,碳化物体积分数为21%。随奥氏体化温度、等温温度的升高,二次碳化物析出量增加,微区显微硬度增高。1050℃×0.5 h+280℃×1.5 h处理后,与铸态高铬铸铁相比磨损量减少了35%。
Microstructure and wear resistance of the high chromium cast iron after different heat treatment were investigated. The results show that the austenitizing temperature is higher, the dissolution of carbide is more which result to carbide volume fraction lesser after air cool, carbide volume fraction is 21% after 1050 ℃ ~ 0.5 h treatment. With austenitizing temperature and isothermal temperature increasing, precipitation of carbide volume and microhardness increase. After 1050 ℃ ~ 0.5 h + 280 ℃ ~ l. 5 h treatment, the wear loss decreases 35 % compared with that of as-cast high chromium cast iron.
