摘要
以超声物料输送装置的环形压电振子为研究对象,分析了环形封闭梁结构的模态特征,借助于有限元软件确定了振子的结构尺寸。提出了在压电环梁上开设合适的沟槽来控制压电梁的满足行波驱动的振型及频率差的方法,并根据优化结果试制了压电输送振子,通过实验验证了模态控制的可行性。
Taking ring type piezoelectric vibrator of ultrasonic feeding device as research object, modal characteristics of the vibrator consisting of straight and curved beams was investigated, based on FEM to determine the structure size of vibrator. The control method of the mode of vibration and frequency difference meeting traveling wave driving through designing appropriate grooves at the vibrator was proposed, and the vibrator prototype was manufactured in accordance with optimal result, the feasibility of modal control method can be verified through experimental study.
