摘要
随着市场经济的发展,面对激烈的就业竞争环境,许多90后高职生产生了各种不良就业心理问题,严重地影响他们的就业能力。本文从分析90后高职生就业心理存在问题及原因着手,寻求调适方式,帮助他们更好地融入职场。
With the development of market economy, many post-90 s vocational college students have all kinds of adverse psychological problems in employment for the reason of fierce competition in the employment environment, which seriously impact their employment ability. The paper is trying to find ways to help those students to integrate into the workplace from the analysis of the employment psychological problems and reasons of the post-90 s vocational college students.
