摘要
首先,利用2006—2012年环渤海经济区各沿海省市海洋生产总值的标准差、极差、平均差以及变异系数四个统计分析指标,对环渤海经济区海洋经济协调发展度进行了静态分析,结果表明该区域海洋经济总体的协调性逐渐变好。然后,构建了区域海洋经济发展协调度评价指标体系,并利用熵值法确定协调发展度模型中评价指标体系的权重,进而对环渤海经济区海洋经济协调发展度进行了动态分析,结果表明海洋环境污染与治理差异、该区域内海洋经济发展差异以及海洋资源差异对环渤海经济区海洋经济协调发展度影响力较大,且环渤海经济区各沿海省市的海洋经济联系较弱,同时存在产业同构、产业分工不合理问题。最后,实证测度了环渤海经济区各个省市的海洋经济协调发展度。
This paper mainly introduces the entropy method and the model of thecoordinated development degree to measure and analyze the coordinated developmentdegreeof Bohai economic circle. On the one hand, it uses the standard deviation, averagedeviation and coefficient of variation of the GOP to make the statistical analysis based onthe sample data from 2006 to 2012, and the result is that the coordination of t regionalmarine economy becomes better on the whole. On the other hand, it introduces theentropy method and constructs the model of the coordinated development degree to make adynamic analysis, and the research findings show that the difference in the pollution andthe governance of marine environment, that in the marine economic development and thethat in marine resources have a greater influence on the coordinated development of Bohaimarine economy than other factors. In addition, the link of the marine economy among allprovinces of Bohai economic circle is weak, and the problems of industrial isomorphismand unreasonable industrial division exist at the same time.
