摘要
中国西部民族地区地貌独特．生态系统脆弱，经济发展与生态环境间的矛盾尤为突出。以遵义市为例，通过构建经济水平评价体系和协调发展度模型对该市2001～2010年的区域经济与生态环境发展的协调程度和协调水平进行评估，发现虽然十年来该市经济指数不断上升，生态环境质量较好，但其经济水平整体却并不高。虽然西部民族地区区域经济与生态环境协调度不断改善，但要实现两者的优质同步发展目标．仍需进行产业结构调整、创新经济和环境协调发展模式。
The ethnic minority areas in West China are characterized by the unique landscapes, vulnerable eco-system and a marked conflict between economic development and eco-environmental quality. This paper conducts a case study with Zunyi City. By setting up the economic level evaluation system and the coordinative development degree model, the paper evaluales the coordinative degree and level of the regional economy and the eeo-environmental development from 2001 to 2010 in Zunyi City. The result shows the city has boasted a constant rise m the economic index and a good eco-environment quality during the past ten years, but the overall economic level is not so satisfactory. Although the coordinative degree of the regional economy and the eco-environment development in the ethnic minority areas of West China is improving, it is essential to reinforce an industry restructuring and to renovate the economic and environmental coordinative development pattern so as to reach the high-quality synchronous development goals for the two sides.
