摘要 以9-烯十八酸甲酯和羟乙基乙二胺为原料,采用酰胺化反应合成了可逆转油基钻井液用乳化剂SHOE-I。对反应温度、反应时间、催化剂用量等反应条件进行了优化,得到了较佳的合成条件:反应时间为6h、反应温度为135℃、催化剂用量1.5%。在碱性条件下,乳化剂SHOE-I用量为4%的白油体系中,以油水比60∶40制成油包水油基钻井液体系,破乳电压达到758V,具有良好的乳液稳定性;而在酸性条件下,该体系破乳电压降为5V,转变为水包油体系,具有优良的可逆转性能。 The emulsifier for reversible oil based drilling fluid SHOE-I was prepared from 9-octadecenoic acid methyl ester and N-(2-hydroxyethyl)ethylenediamine via amidation reaction. The effects of reaction temperature, reaction time and amount of catalyst were studied. The results showed the optimal reaction conditions were: reaction time 6h, reaction temperature 135℃ and amount of catalyst 1.5%. The perform- ance of SHOE-I was also evaluated. The results showed that when the mass ratio of 5 # mineral oil to water was 60 : 40, the addition of 4% SHOE-I gave good emulsion stability in basic condition and the emulsion- breaking voltage was higher than 758V. In acidic condition, the water-in-oil emulsion could change into oil-in-water emulsion, and the emulsion-breaking voltage dropped down to 5V which demonstrated good reversible performance.
