摘要
在中生界地层,采用水包油钻井液体系实施近平衡钻井技术。室内实验结果表明,该钻井液体系具有较好的热稳定性和流变性,油水比为3:7时,具有较强的抗天然气和原油污染能力。在文23-40井的现场应用中,水包油近平衡钻井液性能稳定,能够满足中原油田中生界井段近平衡钻井求。
Nearly balanced drilling technology using an O/W drilling fluid was applied to the mesozoic stratum. The laboratory research result showed the drilling fluid had good thermal stability and rheological characteristic. The drilling fluid with 3 : 7 of the oil to water ratio gave a strong efficiency resisting natural gas and petroleum contamination. In field application of Wen 23 - 40 Well, the O/W near - balanced drilling fluid was stable and met the nearly balanced drilling requirement in the mesozoic stratum wells of Zhongyuan Oilfield.
