摘要
基于市场要素视角的,经过优化的、适用于新时代的旅游资源的综合评价体系,有别于现有的仅局限于资源本身的价值评价体系,加入了开发评价和影响力评价指标,由资源个体品性、资源影响力、开发条件3个一级指标和完整度、历史文化价值、在区域资源系统中的地位、类型组合度、区位条件等18个二级指标构成。它结合条件价值法,基于市场经济价值的估算法则,测算经济价值,并将测算结果作为市场要素重要的评价依据。优化后的旅游资源评价指标体系,可以为政府和开发商投资决策提供合理依据,能有效促进旅游资源管理的科学化和现代化。
Based on market factors, optimized and applied to a new era of tourism resources, different from the existing evaluation system limited to its own resource, a comprehensive evaluation system was developed. It can make the development evaluation and influence evaluation, including three primary indexes of individual character of resources, resources influence, and development conditions, and 18 secondary indexes of integrity, historical and cultural value, status in the regional resources system, local conditions, etc. It can estimate economic value based on the principles of market economy value evaluation and conditional value concepts. The results will work as an important evaluation index for future evaluation. The optimized tourism resources evaluation index system is useful for the government and developers investment decisions and for the tourism resource management enhancement.
