摘要 多溴联苯醚(PBDEs)是一种普遍的环境污染物,它在环境中广泛存在,具有多种毒性效应。近年来PBDEs暴露可能造成的生态风险和人类健康风险引起了研究者的密切关注。鉴于此,着重讨论了PBDEs对水生生物(特别是鱼类)的发育毒性、内分泌干扰毒性和神经行为毒性效应,并对今后可能的研究方向和要点做出展望。 Polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDEs) are ubiquitous environmental pollutants detected in a wide variety of environmental matrixes and have a variety of toxic effects. Potential ecological risk and human health risk of PBDEs exposure have attracted much attention. The research results on the developmental toxicity, endocrine disrupting toxicity and neurobehavioral toxicity of aquatic organism, especially of fishes are summarized. The potential research areas and key points that warrant further attentions are discussed as well.
