摘要
论述了滚动轴承滚动接触疲劳的微观机理、滚动接触过程中的显微组织变化,指出局部微观塑性变形及碳的扩散是控制疲劳和组织变化的决定因素。并分析了轴承工况、材料热处理等对滚动接触疲劳寿命的影响。
The microscopic mechanisms for rolling contact fatigue and changes of microstructure during rolling contact are reviewed for rolling bearings. It is pointed out that the local microscopic plastic deformation and carbon diffusion are determinants for control of fatigue and structural change. The influences of operating condition and material heat treatment of bearings on rolling contact fatigue life are analyzed.
