摘要
对含氮耐蚀模具钢TM420不同热处理状态下的硬度、晶粒度、显微组织、力学性能以及耐点蚀性能进行了研究。结果表明:含氮耐蚀模具钢TM420退火后组织主要为铁素体+碳化物,一般不含δ铁素体;相比传统耐蚀模具钢,TM420钢具有更好的淬硬性,预硬态试样具有更好的强韧性和耐点蚀性能;TM420钢具有较宽的淬火及回火区间,且具有较优的回火稳定性,推荐淬火温度区间为980~1060℃,预硬化回火温度区间为580~650℃。
Hardness,grain size,microstructure,mechanical properties and pitting corrosion resistance of the nitrogen-containing corrosionresistant die steel TM420 under different heat treatment conditions were studied.The results show that the microstructure of the TM420 steel after annealing is mainly ferrite+carbide,and generally does not contain δ ferrite.Compared with traditional corrosion-resistant die steel,the TM420 steel has better hardenability,and the pre-hardened specimen has better strength and toughness and pitting corrosion resistance.The TM420 steel has a wide quenching and tempering temperature range and excellent tempering stability,the recommended quenching temperature range is 980-1060℃,and the pre-hardening tempering temperature range is 580-650℃.
