健脾益气摄血方对ITP模型小鼠血清SIgA和β-EP影响研究 被引量:14

摘要 目的:研究健脾益气摄血方对ITP小鼠血清中SIg A(分泌型免疫球蛋白A)、β-EP(β-内啡肽)的影响。方法:免疫造模法建立ITP小鼠模型,以强的松和健脾益气摄血方(颗粒)为干预药物,酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测小鼠血清SIg A和β-EP含量。结果:与空白对照组比较,模型小鼠血清SIg A、β-EP含量升高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与模型对照组比较,经强的松干预治疗后SIg A含量下调,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);经健脾益气摄血方干预后,β-EP含量下调,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结果提示,强的松对SIg A、β-EP均有调节效应;健脾益气摄血方虽然不能调控SIg A,但对β-EP具有调控作用。结论:健脾益气摄血方治疗ITP效应机制与调控β-EP含量,影响免疫问答有一定关系。 Objectives : To investigate the effect of Jianpi Yiqi Shexue prescription on SIgA and 13 - EP in serum from ITP mice models. Methods: The mice models of ITP were established by immune method. Prednisone and Jianpi Yiqi Shexue prescription(granules) were given, and the changes of SIgA and β -EP in serum were detected by ELISA. Results: The contents of SIgA and β - EP in serum were up - regulated in ITP group ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Compared with that in ITP group, the content of SIgA was reduced in prednisone group ( P 〈 0. 05 ), and the content of β - EP was reduced in Jianpi Yiqi Shexue group ( P 〈 0.05 ). The results showed both SIgA and β- EP were regulated by prednisone, and only β -EP was regulated by Jianpi Yiqi Shexue prescription. Conclusion : The mechanism of the regulation of ITP by Jianpi Yiqi Shexue prescription is related to β -EP and the immune response.
