摘要
目的观察聚焦超声配合归芪藤草汤熏洗坐浴治疗外阴上皮内非瘤样病变的临床疗效。方法将109例外阴上皮内非瘤样病变患者随机分为治疗组50例和对照组59例。治疗组采用聚焦超声配合归芪藤草汤熏洗坐浴治疗,对照组仅采用聚焦超声治疗。观察2组临床总疗效。结果治疗组近期总有效率96.0%,对照组为88.1%,2组近期总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论聚焦超声配合归芪藤草汤治疗外阴上皮内非瘤样病变疗效确切。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of focused ultrasound combined with Guiqi Tengcao Decoction for the treatment of nonneoplastic epithelialdisorders of vulva. Methods 109 cases of patients with nonneoplastic epithelialdisorders of vulva were randomized into the treatment group of 50 and the control group of 59. The treatment group was treated by focused ultrasound combined with Guiqi Tenseao Decoction with the methods of steaming and hip bath, and the control group was treated by focused ultrasound only. The clinical total effectiveness of two groups was observed. Results The recent total effectiveness of the treatment group was 96. 0% , and that of the control group 88. 1% , there was statistical significance in difference in recent total effectiveness between the two groups （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Focused ultrasound combined with Guiqi Tengeao Decoction has definite therapeutic effect on nonneoplasfic epithelialdisorders of vulvs.
