摘要
目的探讨聚焦超声治疗外阴上皮内非瘤样病变的临床疗效。方法对212例外阴上皮内非瘤样病变患者采用聚焦超声治疗并随访，观察治疗后患者的症状变化，并分析其疗效。结果212例患者治疗后，症状均有明显改善。不同病理类型外阴上皮内非瘤样病变的总有效率分别为鳞状上皮内增生99．2％，硬化性苔藓100．0％，鳞状上皮内增生合并硬化性苔藓88．9％，差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。不同病程患者的总有效率分别为〈2年100．0％，2～10年100．0％，〉10年91．3％，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论聚焦超声用于治疗外阴上皮内非瘤样病变效果明显。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of focused ultrasound for treating non-neoplastic epithelial disorders of vulvar. Methods 212 patients with non-neoplastic epithelial disorders of vulvar were treated with focused ultrasound. The patients were followed up after the treatment, and symptom was observed and the efficacy was evaluated. Results The efficacy of non - neoplastic epithelial disorders of vulvar of squamous hyperplasia, li- chen sclerosus and mixed dystrophy was 99.2%, 100.0%, 88.9% respectively, the difference was not significat （P 〉 0.05）. The efficacy in different courses of patients was 100.0% （ 〈 2 years）, 100.0% （2 -10 years） ,91.3% （ 〉 10 years） respectively,the difference was not significat（P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion Focused ultrasound was obviously effective in the treatment of patients with non-neoplastic epithelial disorders of vulvar.
