摘要
在简要介绍内蒙古近年来经济发展状况的基础上,以制度理论为研究视角,对内蒙古资源开发和环境保护的管理体制中存在的对资源滥用和破坏生态的行为缺乏有效监管,对生态保护和建设的实质性内容把握不准确,新型的环保管理理念和方法缺失问题进行了剖析,并从政绩评价体系、环保思想意识、创新机制三方面出发提出了相关的建议对策。
Based on the economic development status of Inner Mongolia in recent years, from the perspective of institutional theory, analyzed the existing problems in management system： lack of effective supervision on resources abuse and ecological destruction, the understanding of the substantial contents of ecological protection and construction is not accurate, new ideas and methods of environmental management is defect. Put forward relevant suggestions from the performance evaluation system, environmental protection ideology, and innovation mechanism.
