摘要
针对具备低电压穿越能力的双馈风机,对双馈风电机组保护配置进行了研究,指出其与低电压穿越要求不相适应,提出了一种适应于低电压穿越的双馈风电机组电压保护方案。针对目前场内集电线保护存在不足,从故障电流特性出发,详细分析了双馈机故障电流频谱特性,指出集电线路增加方向元件可能存在误动。为了兼顾场内故障时双馈风机不发生脱网,集电线保护应与双馈机组保护协调配合,并提出了一种改进的集电线路保护方法。
For the DFIG of LVRT capability, from the protection point of view, to analysis the DFIG'pro- tection configuration and point out its incompatible with the low voltage ride through requirements, the paper proposed the DFIG's voltage protection programs adapted to LVRT. For the DFIG fault current characteristics, detailed analysis the fault current spectrum of DFIG, and indicated the power direction component of collector line may exist the possibility of malfunction. In order to take into account the DFIG does not occur off grid when the fault inside the wind farm, collectors lines protection shoud be coordinated with the protection of DFIG,and proposed a collector protection program.
