摘要
对中国石油天然气股份有限公司的3家炼油厂FCC汽油进行了窄馏分切割,对窄馏分总硫含量和烯烃含量进行了对比分析,在保证轻汽油总硫质量分数不大于50μg/g的前提下,将FCC汽油中小于105℃的高烯烃馏分尽可能多地切入轻汽油中,减少重汽油加氢脱硫过程中由于烯烃饱和导致的辛烷值损失。对预加氢前后FCC汽油的辛烷值损失进行了对比,结果表明,FCC汽油经预加氢后,可显著提高重汽油切割点,减少辛烷值损失。
The FCC gasolines in three domestic refineries were cut into narrow fractions to analyze the sulfur and olefin content of each fraction.The aim is to see the possibility if the fractions105 ℃with more olefins can be put into LCN as much as possible on the premise of ensuring total sulfur of LCN 50μg/g and reducing the octane number loss due to olefins saturation in the process of HCN hydrodesulphurization.The octane number loss of the FCC gasoline after hydrodesulphurization process with or without pre-hydrogenation was compared.The results indicate that the cutting point of HCN can be greatly increased by process with pre-hydrogenation and the product gasoline is in compliance with national phaseⅣ with less octane number loss.
