拔头油浆调合道路沥青

摘要 催化油浆用实沸点蒸馏仪进行窄馏分切割,分别考察切割温度大于440~500℃的拔头油浆性能,并采用不同的拔头油浆与不同的沥青原料进行沥青调合试验。试验表明,采用拔头油浆调合70号或90号道路沥青,拔头油浆的用量一般可达10%~30%,但对沥青的原料有一定的选择性。针入度较小的原料,采用拔头油浆调70号或90号沥青则存在针入度比或残留延度不达标现象。针入度较大的优质的沥青原料则可与单一的拔头油浆调得合格的道路沥青。拔头油浆建议选择大于480℃的馏分,可保证调合沥青的蜡含量达标。针入度较小的原料与拔头油浆调合道路沥青时,建议降低拔头油浆用量,采用多组分调合的方式。 The catalytic slurry oil were divided into narrower fractions by heating them to boiling points in a distillation apparatus.The properties of the topped oils distilled from 440 ℃ to 500 ℃ were studied and the blending tests of these oils with various road asphalts respectively were done.The experiments showed that No.70 and No.90 road asphalts were blended with 10% to 30% of the topped oil slurries generally,but the asphalt material was selective.If the needle penetration of asphalt material was low,the needle penetration or residue values of the road asphalts made with topped oils slurries would be substandard.The asphalt material with high needle penetration value could be blended with single distilled topped oil slurry to make satisfied road asphalt It was recommended to use the fractions distilled above 480 ℃ to ensure the wax content met requirement When the asphalt material with low needle penetration was used,it was suggested to reduce the content of topped oil slurry and select multicomponent blending way.
