摘要
目的构建难溶性药物具有肿瘤靶向性,缓释性的转运载体。方法用混酸将碳纳米管切断并氧化,后用天然多糖壳聚糖进行修饰,提高其生物相容性,然后利用壳聚糖分子中的氨基与叶酸分子中羧基进行酰胺化的反应,得到具有靶向的药物载体,最后连接上难溶性的抗肿瘤药物2-甲氧基雌二醇。结果成功制备2-ME-FA-CHI-SWNTs肿瘤靶向药物载运系统。结论制备的载药体系比较稳定,粒径电位较理想。
Objective To prepare the targeted delivery system of 2-ME-FA-CHI-SWNTs.Methods Carbon nanotubes wil be cut off and oxidated with mixed acid,modified with natural polysaccharides CHI to improve its biocompatibility and then connected with the target groups FA via the acylation reaction of the amino and carboxyl,finaly loaded with the insoluble anticancer drug 2-ME.ResultsThe targeted delivery syste -m of 2-ME-FA-CHI-SWNTs is successfuly prepared.ConclusionThe targeted delivery system of 2-ME-FA-CHI-SWNTs prepared by this method is relatively stable. The particle size and the Zeta are better.
