摘要
高校师生运用新媒体进行互动交流的数量正在逐渐增加,并成为一种流行趋势。文章以湖北理工学院的20名师生为访谈对象进行质性分析。通过访谈发现,高校师生利用新媒体进行互动可达到师生互动的平等、超时空,以及双维度延伸的效果,但也存在"两极分化"现象凸显、"非正常师生关系"、逃避现实互动等弊端。文章进而提出了加强大学生新媒体主体意识、提升教师责任意识和新媒体运用能力、创建健康和谐的新媒体校园文化环境等建议,以促进新媒体环境下高校师生更加良好的互动与交流。
Nowadays the communication between teachers and students in the university via new media is be- coming more and more popular. In this study, 20 students and teachers from Hubei Polytechnic University are interviewed in means of snowballing. The findings indicate that the teacher - student communication via new media has both advantages and disadvantages. The advantages include ： the equality in teacher - student communication, not limited by time or space in the communication and the good result of bi - dimentional ex- pansion. However, there are also some disadvantages, namely, the communication frequency between teach- ers and students differs a lot, romantic relationship arises between teachers and students ; lack of face to face communication, etc. In this paper, some proposals as to develop effective teacher - student communication in universities under the new media environment are put forward： reenforcing students＇awareness of using new media, educating teachers to he more responsible and more capable of using new media, creating healthy harmonous campus environment of new media in the university.
