新媒体环境下高校师生互动的审视——基于湖北理工学院学生与教师的访谈分析 被引量:4

摘要 高校师生运用新媒体进行互动交流的数量正在逐渐增加,并成为一种流行趋势。文章以湖北理工学院的20名师生为访谈对象进行质性分析。通过访谈发现,高校师生利用新媒体进行互动可达到师生互动的平等、超时空,以及双维度延伸的效果,但也存在"两极分化"现象凸显、"非正常师生关系"、逃避现实互动等弊端。文章进而提出了加强大学生新媒体主体意识、提升教师责任意识和新媒体运用能力、创建健康和谐的新媒体校园文化环境等建议,以促进新媒体环境下高校师生更加良好的互动与交流。 Nowadays the communication between teachers and students in the university via new media is be- coming more and more popular. In this study, 20 students and teachers from Hubei Polytechnic University are interviewed in means of snowballing. The findings indicate that the teacher - student communication via new media has both advantages and disadvantages. The advantages include : the equality in teacher - student communication, not limited by time or space in the communication and the good result of bi - dimentional ex- pansion. However, there are also some disadvantages, namely, the communication frequency between teach- ers and students differs a lot, romantic relationship arises between teachers and students ; lack of face to face communication, etc. In this paper, some proposals as to develop effective teacher - student communication in universities under the new media environment are put forward: reenforcing students'awareness of using new media, educating teachers to he more responsible and more capable of using new media, creating healthy harmonous campus environment of new media in the university.
