摘要
温升是保证电机安全可靠运行的重要考核指标,为将电机YB2-560-4-1 000 k W温升由94 K降低到80 K,从电磁负荷及冷却通风两方面分析降低电机温升的方法。考虑到电机的制造成本及材料的利用率,重点分析改变电机冷却通风、加大其散热能力对电机温升的影响及保证电机其他性能合格的条件下此方法的可行性。最终通过加大电机内风扇、外风扇以增大内、外循环风路散热能力的方法,使电机的温升降低到79 K,且电机其余性能均符合要求,达到了降低电机温升的目的。
Temperature iise is one of the important evaluation indexes of ensuring safe and reliable operation of the motor. In order to reduce the temperature rise of the YB2-560-4-10 kW motor from 94K to 80K, and from two aspects of electromagnetic load and cooling ventilation, the method to reduce motor temperature rise was analysed, considering the motor manufacturing cost and material utilization, focuses on analyzing change motor cooling and ventilation, increasing the effect of the cooling capacity of motor temperature rise and other performance of motor under the condition of qualified the feasibility of this method, finally through increasing the motor fan, fan to increase the internal and external circulation outside the wind road heat capacity method, make the rise of temperature of the motor is reduced to 79 k, the rest of the performance all meet the requirements, and the motor to achieve the purpose of lowering the temperature rise of the motor.
