内嵌式永磁同步电机设计中改进型磁路分析 被引量:2

摘要 考虑定转子开槽、定子轭及转子轭的影响,提出了一种内嵌式永磁同步电机的磁路模型;推导了等效磁路的简化模型;详细推导了主磁路各段磁路磁密及磁动势的计算,给出了电磁计算程序;详细分析了漏磁路磁密及磁通的计算;分析了漏磁及静态工作点的精确计算,并给出了漏磁及静态工作点电磁计算程序,进而得到电机设计的合理性;利用有限元分析方法验证了该磁路模型的精确性。 This paper presented a magnetic circuit model of interior permanent magnet synchronous motor(IPMSM).Considering slotting of stator/rotor and effect of stator yoke and rotor yoke,the improved magnetic circuit model has been established.It detailed the simple model of the magnetic circuit,the calculation of flux density and magnetomotive force of the main magnetic circuit,and gave the procedure of the calculation,the calculation of the flux density and flux of the leakage magnetic circuit,the calculation of the flux leakage and the quiescent operating point to prove the rationality of the motor design,and the finite element analysis has been used to prove the accuracy of the method.
