摘要
目的:对根据痰标本真菌涂片和培养阳性结果对患有侵袭性肺部真菌感染疾病的患者实施诊断的临床应用价值进行研究。方法:选择在某院就诊的接受痰液标本真菌涂片和培养检查的患者的痰液标本2160份,阳性结果情况,在根据真菌、菌丝等方面存在的差异,将阳性标本分为4组,对4组研究对象痰液标本酵母样真菌涂片结果、临床诊断情况进行对比分析。结果:在抽样的2160份痰液标本中,有126份检测为阳性,检测阳性率水平为5.83%;白色念球菌阳性率明显高于热带念球菌、光滑念球菌、克柔念球菌、其他酵母样真菌,组间比较差异显著(P<0.05);在疾病确诊、临床诊断、拟诊、其他等几个方面的诊断结果均存在一定的差异(P<0.05)。结论:根据痰标本真菌涂片和培养阳性结果对患有侵袭性肺部真菌感染疾病的患者实施诊断具有较高的临床应用价值。
Objective:To study the clinical application value of sputum fungus smear and the positive result to the treatment of invasive fungal infection of lung.Methods:Collect 2160 specimens from patients who were received in some hospital and took a sputum fungus smear,culture and test these specimens to work the positive.Divide the positive specimens into four groups according to the differences between them in fungi and hyphae,compare and analyze the smear result and clinical diagnosis of yeast-like fungi of the sputum specimens of the four groups.Results:Of the 2160 sputum specimens,162 specimens were found to be positive,the positive rate was 5.83%,the positive rate of streptococcus albus was obviously higher than that of tropical streptococcus,smooth streptococcus,candida krusei and other yeast-like fungi,the differences among groups were obviously(P<0.05).there were some differences existing in the results according to conformation,clinical diagnosis,suspected diagnosis and other aspects(P<0.05).Conclusion:It is clinically valuable to make diagnosis for patients with invasive fungal infection of lung based on sputum fungus smear and positive results.
