摘要
目的:研究布比卡因微球对大鼠的局麻作用。方法:取18只Wister大鼠随机分为生理盐水组、阳性对照组和微球组,分别注射生理盐水、0.75%盐酸布比卡因注射剂和布比卡因微球,通过热板实验考察药物对大鼠的局麻作用并进行分析。结果:布比卡因微球能显著延长大鼠运动与感觉阻滞的持续效应。结论:布比卡因微球对于大鼠的局部麻醉表现出明显缓释作用。
Objective： To evaluate the local anesthetic effects of bupivacaine microspheres（BUP-MS） on rats.Mcthods：18 Wister rats were randomly divided into three groups and injected with saline, 0.75% bupivaeaine hydrochloride injection and BUP-MS respectively. The local anesthetic effects were investigated through rats＇ hot - plate test.Results：The action of BUP-MS could be prolonged for rats＇ sensory block and motor block significantly.Conclusion＇BUP-MS have significant sustainedrelease characteristics on rats.
