摘要
为了获得更有利于驾驶人驾驶汽车的变角传动比,以便提高线控转向汽车的操纵性能,研究了汽车线控转向的变角传动比特性。从变角传动比对转向特性的影响入手,通过分析相关的操纵稳定性客观评价指标,确定以横摆角速度增益和转向灵敏度作为变角传动比特性的设计依据;高速段以侧向加速度增益替代转向灵敏度作为变角传动比特性的设计依据,中速段将横摆角速度增益作为设计依据,低速段的变角传动比特性通过主观试验确定,提出了具有变转向增益的变角传动比特性的设计方法。结果表明:变增益方法能够降低驾驶人忙碌程度,提高汽车的路径跟踪性能及行车安全性,改善汽车的操纵稳定性。
In order to get the variable angle transmission ratio more conducive to drivers and improve maneuverability of automobiles with steer-by-wire (SBW) system, the variable angle transmission ratio characteristics for SBW were explored. Considering the influence of variable angle transmission ratio on steering characteristics, yaw velocity gain and steering sensitivity were determined as the design bases of variable angle transmission ratio characteristic by analyzing related objective evaluation indices of handling stability. Lateral acceleration gain was used as the design basis of variable angle transmission ratio at high speed instead of steering sensitivity. Yaw velocity gain was the design basis of variable angle transmission ratio at middle speed. To get the variable angle transmission ratio at low speed, subjective tests were carried out. Variable steering gain for variable angle transmission ratio characteristic was put forward. The results show that the variable gain method can reduce busyness level of drivers and improve the performance of path tracking, driving safety and vehicle handling stability.
