摘要
在飞机结构的日历寿命评定过程中,腐蚀疲劳是一项十分重要的影响因素,在飞机结构的不同部位,其受到腐蚀影响的情况是不同的,在腐蚀条件下其性能与使用寿命也会发生不同程度的改变,为确保飞机在使用寿命周期中的平稳运行,保障其安全性,掌握飞机结构铝合金材料腐蚀疲劳累积损伤规律是十分必要的,本文通过铝合金材料预腐蚀检测试验,对铝合金材料在不同工况以及不同应力加载条件下的累积损伤情况及规律进行分析。
In the calendar life evaluation process of aircraft construction, corrosion fatigue is a very important influence factor. In the different part of aircraft construction, the corrosion condition is different, their properties and service life also occur different degrees of change.ln order to ensure the smooth running of aircraft in its service life cycle and guarantee its safety, master the aircraft construction aluminum alloy material corrosion fatigue cumulative damage rule is very necessary.This article through the aluminum alloy materials pre-etching detection test to analyze the fatigue accumulated damage condition and regularity of aluminum alloy materials under the different working conditions and different stress loading conditions.
