干气与液化气系统脱硫工艺的探讨

摘要 近几年,随着原油日趋变重、变劣,原油中硫等多种杂质含量的增加,加剧了设备腐蚀和环境污染,对后续加工及产品质量有很大影响,另外脱除的硫化物可以用来生产硫磺等产品,所以干气和液化气脱疏技术也愈来愈重要。本文通过对干气与液化气脱硫原理的介绍,结合乌鲁木齐石化公司炼油厂焦化装置干气与液化气脱硫系统的运行参数及存在问题,分析原因,提出保证干气与液化气系统脱硫长期高效运行的方案。 In recent years, with the crude oil is increasingly heavier and deterioration, there are more impurities such as sulfur content, aggravated equipment corrosion and environmental pollution, have a great influence on the subsequent processing and product quality;, while hydrogen sulfide gas also the raw material for manufacturing sulfur and sulfuric acid, so dry gas and LPG desulfurization technology is more and more importantThrough the introduction of dry gas and LPG desulfurization principle, combined with the operation and problems of Urumqi Petrochemical Company dry gas and LPG desulfurization system , analyze the reasons and how to ensure that dry gas and LPG desulfurization system is efficient Operation.
