摘要
简要介绍了大庆炼化公司干气脱硫的生产工艺,说明了生产工艺的改造原因和改造内容。根据炼化公司储运厂干气的性质,确定了脱硫的工艺路线。对改造方案进行了模拟计算。从分析和计算的结果得知,脱硫塔顶压力至少应为0.6MPa,胺液循环量为8 t/h,脱硫后干气的硫化氢浓度在理论上可达到20ppm,达到了环保要求。对脱硫剂的选用进行了论证,系统地分析了操作温度、贫胺液流量和浓度等各方面因素对干气脱硫效果的影响,为优化设计和实际生产操作提供了依据。
The dry gas desulphurization technology applied by Daqing refining Chemical Co. was briefly introduced, and the transformation reason and content were explained. The route of desulphurization was determined according to the properties of store dry gas. The analog computation was applied for the transformation plan. From the analysis and the computation results, it was indicated that the pressure at the top of the desulphurization tower should at least be 0.6MPa, the amine solution circulation be 8t/h. And after the desulphurization, the concentration of H2 S in dry gas could reach 20ppm theo-retically, and it met the requirements of environmental protection. The selection of desulphurizer was discussed, and the effects of operation temperature, flow rate and concentration of lean amine solution on the desulphurization were analyzed systematically, and the theoretical basis had been provided for the optimization design and the actual production operation.
