摘要
目的分析耳穴埋豆应用于髋关节置换术围手术期中的作用。方法选择2012年12月~2014年12月在本院实施髋关节置换术的患者100例,随机分为观察组和对照组。对照组实施盐酸曲马多针治疗,观察组实施耳穴压豆治疗。比较两组的疼痛分级指数、疼痛强度、不良反应情况、正性负性情绪状况。结果与对照组比较,观察组治疗后0.5 h、2 h的PRI,治疗后0.5 h、2 h、6 h、24 h的VAS,治疗后0.5 h、6 h的PPI评分均较低（P〈0.05）;观察组不良反应发生率明显低于对照组（P〈0.05）;观察组术后的正性情绪评分、负性情绪评分与对照组术后比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论髋关节置换术围手术期耳穴埋豆的应用,可以减轻术后疼痛,改善患者情绪,起效快、不良反应少。
Objective To analyze the application of perioperative auricular point sticking in hip replacement. Methods One hundred patients who received hip replacement in our hospital from December 2012 to December 2014 were selected and evenly divided into the observation group and the control group. The control group was given tramadol hydrochloride treatment and the observation group was given auricular point sticking treatment. The pain rating indices,pain degree, adverse reactions and positive and negative emotions of the two groups were compared. Results Compared to the control group, the observation group had lower postoperative 0.5-hour and 2-hour PRI, postoperative 0.5-hour,2-hour, 6-hour and 24-hour VAS, and postoperative 0.5-hour and 6-hour PPI scores, with significant differences（P〈0.05）. The observation group was significantly lower than the control group in the incidence of adverse reactions（P〈0.05）.The observation group and the control group were significantly different in the postoperative positive emotion score and negative emotion score（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of auricular point sticking in hip replacement can relieve postoperative pain, improve the patients＇ emotions, enable fast onset and cause few adverse reactions.
