摘要
目的分析多焦视觉诱发电位(mf VEP)联合光学相干断层扫描(OCT)检测视网膜神经纤维层厚度在开角型青光眼患者诊疗中的临床意义。方法收集2014年1~12月来我院就诊的早期开角型青光眼患者(A组)、中晚期开角型青光眼患者(B组)和正常眼对照组(C组)进行多焦视觉诱发电位(mf VEP)、光学相干断层扫描(OCT)及视野检测,所得的结果进行统计学分析。比较各种方法在开角型青光眼早期诊断中的客观性及敏感性。结果青光眼病情愈严重,A、B两组青光眼患者RNFL厚度愈薄,与C组比较差异有统计学意义(F=311.74,P〈0.01);A、B两组青光眼患者视野平均缺损值(MD)愈大,与C组比较差异有统计学意义(F=458.15,P〈0.01);A、B两组的RMS值越小,与C组比较差异有统计学意义(F=151.49,P〈0.05);A、B两组的潜伏期延长越明显,与C组比较差异有统计学意义(F=246.73,P〈0.05)。结论应用mf VEP结合OCT检测,与视野结果相比较对青光眼的早期诊疗起到重要的帮助作用。
Objective To analyze multiple focal visual evoked potential in combination with optical coherence tomography detection of retinal nerve fiber layer thickness in patients with primary open-angle glaucoma diagnosis and treatment of clinical significance. Methods Collected from January to December 2014 in our hospital in the early primary open-angle glaucoma patients(group A), middle-late primary open-angle glaucoma patients(group B), and normal control group(group C) for multiple focal visual evoked potential(mf VEP) optical coherence tomography(OCT) and visual field testing, the results were statistically analyzed. Compared various methods in the early diagnosis of primary open-angle glaucoma objectivity and sensitivity. Results Glaucoma was more serious in group A and group B with glaucoma RNFL thickness thinner, the difference was statistically significant compared with group C(F=311.74, P〈0.01); the average visual defect value(MD) was greater in group A and B, the difference was statistically significant compared with group C(F=458.15,P〈0.01). The smaller the RMS value of the group A and group B,the difference was statistically significant compared with group C(F=151.49, P〈0.05). Incubation period of group A and group B to extend the more obvious, the difference was statistically significant compared with group C(F=246.73,P〈0.05). Conclusion Combining mf VEP and OCT detection and vision in the process of the early diagnosis and treatment of glaucoma play an important role in helping
