摘要
职业化口译人才的培养模式需要针对本地口译职业化的现状。课题组对连云港地区的口译职业化的现状进行了调研,对调查所得的数据进行详细分析得出:连云港地区的口译职业化进程还处于起步萌芽阶段,但是职业化的趋势已经初现。根据这一结论提出了针对本地区实际情况的口译教学模式。这一模式融合了多元化的因素,包含口译教学内容的选择,译员团队协作能力的培养,口译教学需注重课内外实践和师资队伍的职业化建设。
Professional interpreters＇ training mode should be in accordance with the current situation of the local interpreting professionalization. The research group investigated the current situation of Lianyungang＇s professionalization of interpreting and made a detailed analysis of the data obtained. After that, the group carefully reached a conclusion that the process of the local interpreting professionalization process is still in its initial germination stage, but the trend of professionalization has appeared now. Based on this conclusion, the group proposed a teaching mode to train the local interpreters in accordance with the actual situation in Lianyungang.
