摘要
通过定量研究与定性研究相结合,收集浦东新区中医医院等相关机构的业务数据,结合专家咨询制定《浦东新区中医药特色服务专项补助试行方案》,并跟踪观察改革效果。对比2年的数据,浦东新区2家中医医院及58家综合性等其他非中医医疗机构2012年的中医药服务量较2010年上升72.01%。初步探索形成了科学合理的中医药服务项目补偿模式,对中药服务的发展起到了积极的推动作用。
This article used a combination of quantitative and qualitative research to collect data of Pudong New Area Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine and other relevant institutions. It considered the experts’ opinion and drew up a plan and tracked the reform effect. After two years,the data showed that in two traditional Chinese medicine hospitals,58 general hospitals and other non-traditional Chinese medicine institutes in Pudong New Area,traditional Chinese medicine services rose by 72.01%in 2012,compared to that in 2010. Early-stage exploration has formed a scientific and reasonable Chinese medicine service project compensation mechanism,and this exploration has played a positive promotion role of Chinese medical service development.
