摘要
现代信息技术是促进教育改革创新和提高教育质量的有效途径。通过对国内外高校教育技术机构的现状进行文献综述和数据分析,汇总了我国100所"211工程大学"教育技术机构的名称、设置、职能、人数和属性,分析目前教育技术机构的优势和不足,结合现代信息技术手段和教学促进中心的实质功能,对我国高校教学促进中心的建设提出建议。
Modern information technology is an effective way to promote education reform and improve quality of education. This paper carries on the literature review and data analysis based on the present situation of college education technology institutions at home and abroad, summarizes education technology institutions of our country 100 -211 project universities＂ including name, setting, function and attribute, and analyzes advantages and disadvantages of current education technology institutions. Combined with methods of modern information technology and essential functions of center of teaching promotion, this paper makes suggestions on construction of the center of teaching promotion in colleges.
