摘要
提出了一种KTX真空室支撑焊接方案,并利用有限元方法模拟计算了焊接温度场分布及焊接残余应力场分布。通过理论分析和有限元分析相结合的方法,对焊缝结构进行了强度分析。分析结果验证了焊接结构的可靠性,并为真空室支撑结构的焊接工艺提供了理论依据。
The welding process of KTX vacuum vessel support was designed and then the distributions of welding temperature field and residual stress field were calculated through FE method. The strength of welding joints was assessed by a method combining the theoretical analysis and FE analysis. The analysis results verified the reliability of the welding structure and provided theoretical basis for the welding process of vacuum vessel support structures.
