摘要
目的探讨MMP-2、nm23在胃癌中的表达及临床意义。方法采用免疫组化法检测MMP-2、nm23在胃癌中的表达。对MMP-2、nm23的表达及与临床病理参数、二者之间的相关性进行分析。结果 MMP-2、nm23表达与胃癌浸润深度、淋巴结转移、临床分期、肿瘤细胞的分化程度有统计学差异(P<0.05)。nm23在胃癌组织中表达与MMP-2存在相关性(P<0.05)。结论 MMP-2、nm23可能与胃癌的发生发展有关。MMP-2在胃癌组织中表达与nm23存在相关性。
Objective To explore the expression and clinical significance of MMP -2 and nm23 in gastric cancer. Methods Immu- nohistoehemical method was used to detect the expression of MMP - 2 and nm23 in gastric cancer. The correlation of MMP -2 and nm23 with clinical pathological factors was analyzed. Results There are significant differences between the expression of MMP - 2 and nm23 with gastric cancer depth of invasion, lymph node metastasis, pathological staging and differentiation of tumor cells （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The expression of nm23 has correlation with the expression of MMP - 2 in gastric carcinoma （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The expression of MMP - 2 and nm23 may be related to the occurrence and development of gastric cancer. There is correlation between MMP -2 and nm23 in gastric cancer.
