摘要 综述了制备醛的几类方法,通过查阅国内外文献对各个工艺进行客观分析评价,来筛选出目前最绿色环保且具有工业化价值的工艺。工艺主要包括臭氧氧化法、空气氧化法、过氧化物氧化法、Wacker氧化法及过氧化氢氧化法。前四种工艺都有较多弊端和工业局限性,而过氧化氢氧化法具有反应条件温和,操作简单安全,环境污染小,产物收率高等优点,故此方法成为目前国内外最常用的研究方法。 Several kinds of methods for the preparation of aldehydes were reviewed, each process through refer to literatures of at home and abroad was analyzed and evaluated, to filter out the most green and has the value of the process in industry. The processes mainly included ozone oxidation method, air oxidation method, peroxide oxidation method, Wacker oxidation method and hydrogen peroxide oxidation method. The four processes, ozone oxidation method, air oxidation method, peroxide oxidation method, Wacker oxidation method, have many drawbacks and limitations in industry, and the hydrogen peroxide oxidation method has the advantages of mild reaction conditions, operation is simple and safe, less environmental pollution and high product yield and so on, therefore, it has become the most commonly used research method at home and abroad.
