摘要
研究了以双环戊二烯为原料合成戊二醛的工艺,主要内容包括:双环戊二烯解聚制环戊二烯;环戊二烯加氢 制环戊烯;环戊烯均相氧化制戊二醛。双环戊二烯解聚率为95%以上,环戊二烯的收率可达90%。二聚产物经过精馏可 获得高纯度产品。环戊二烯加氢制环戊烯的研究采用二段加氢工艺,以环戊烷为溶剂,考察了主催化剂钯的含量和载体 的影响,确定了以0.5%的Pd/γ-Al2O3为加氢催化剂及温度、压力、氢烃比和空速等相应的加氧工艺条件,得到环戊二烯 转化率达99.5%,环戊烯选择性90%以上,加氧产品中环戊二烯含量小于0.1%的良好结果,为工业化放大提供了基础数 据采用钨酸为催化剂,叔丁醇为溶剂,50%过氧化氢为氧化剂,对环戊烯氧化制备戊二醛进行了研究,研究结果表明戊二 醛的收率可达65%。
This paper studied the processes of synthesizing glutaraldehyde with dicyclopentadiene as raw material, including producing cyclopentadiene through depolymerization of dicyclopentadiene , producing cyclopentene through hydrogenation of cyclopentadiene, and producing glutaraldehyde through homogeneous oxidation of cyclopentadiene. The depolymerization rate of dicyclopentadiene reaches over 95% ,and yield of cyclopentadiene is up to 90%. High - purified products can be gained through rectification of dimmer. Study on production of cyclopentene through hydrogenation of cyclopentadiene adopts secondary hydrogenation process with cyclopentane as solution,examines the effects of content of main catalyst Pt and carrier,determines 0. 5% Pd/γ- Al2O3 as hydrogenation catalyst,as well as the relevant pressure, hydrogen - hydrocarbon ratio, space velocity, hydrogenation processing conditions like temperature, and so on, and gains a good result of cyclopentadiene conversion rate 99. 5%, selectivity of cyclopentadiene over 90%, and cyclopentadiene content in hydrogenation products less than 0. 1%, which provides basic data for industrial magnification. Production of glutaraldehyde through oxidation of cyclopentadiene was studied with tungstenic acid as catalyst,tert butyl alcohol as solution and 50% hydrogen peroxide as oxidant. Result showed that yield of glutaraldehyde was up to 65% or so.
